Thick, glossy, hourglass body with dark green leaves. Available as "Shanghai Choy," shorter more tender variety "Shanghai Choy Miu," and longer stemmed "Shanghai Choy Sum". Staple vegetable used in all chinese cuisine, most commonly lightly boiled or lightly wok fried with garlic. Great for stir-fry or in noodle-soups.
青江菜是一年四季市面上都可以看得到的蔬菜。青江菜 根据梗色可再分为青梗白菜及白梗白菜两种。青江菜又名上海菜,青江菜苗是清江菜的幼苗,清江心是清江菜中長出長心。清江菜常用作为陪襯用的摆盘蔬菜。除了快炒、燙湯等简易料理,青江菜搭配绞肉可做成菜肉馄饨,青江菜也可做包子,還能做成美味的菜饭。
